Irish Stew

Ingredients:

Olive-oil
3 lbs Beef Stew
1 large Yellow Onion
1 bag Baby Carrots
6-8 Stalks Celery
4 large Potatoes
2 large containers of V8 Juice
1/2 –1 tsp thyme
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp basil
4 cubes beef bouillon (or 1 can of liquid beef bouillon)

Get a large cooking Pot. Put Beef Stew in a plastic bag with 3 tablespoons of flour in it and shake. Heat up oil and onion in pot, then put the meat in until it has browned a little bit. Add V8 Juice and Spices. Simmer for 6-8 hours till tender. (Add Veggies in pot 2 hours before serving) Serve with Garlic Bread or eat plain.
