Broccoli Raisin Salad by Kelly Duff (Silt, Colorado)

4 Heads of Broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Dressing (make separately)
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Make dressing, pour over ingredients, chill for 1 hour and serve.
This recipe tastes even better the next day.
