Cooked pan of cornbread
2 pieces of white bread
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
6 eggs, hard-boiled
Salt (to taste)
Giblet Juice
Pepper (to taste)
Butter
Add together the cornbread, white bread, salt, pepper, celery, onion and sage. Pour giblet juice over all ingredients until soaked, then mix together. Add 6 hard-boiled eggs (chopped up). Put several dabs of butter on top of all. Cook at 350 degress for 25 minutes.
